(Reuters) – Germany joins Britain in mourning the loss of life of Queen Elizabeth, whose sense of responsibility was “legendary” and who helped German-British reconciliation after the Second World Warfare, Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated on Friday.
“The Queen embodied the most effective of our shared European inheritance, democracy and the rule of regulation,” Scholz stated in a televised assertion.
“I’ve conveyed our condolences to British Prime Minister Liz Truss. Germany additionally mourns the British Queen Elizabeth. We want her successor Charles III energy, talent and the required luck for his new submit.”
